When Rosa marries, she finally gets to America and begins to build her dream. The only problem for Rosa concerns her children, she is unable to take her two children with her. Rosa must figure out a way to once again complete her family while still adjusting to a new world.
Rosa's character was fun to read about. She was very kind, even inspirational with her deep belief in her dreams. She certainly loves her family and is willing to go the extra mile to reunite her family. The other characters are mostly great to get to know. There are only a few "obstacle" characters along the way. The reader will enjoy watching Rosa grow throughout the book.
The plot moves along fairly quickly. The reader will not be confused by the rapidly shifting plot, the author outlines each scene and will leave the reader with a road map of sorts. The reader may enjoy this book especially knowing the book is based off of a true story. This book is recommended to adult readers.
